| A contractor in Rhode Island needed to
disguise two PVC elbows exiting a Book Store. We sized and designed
this copper hood to allow maximum air flow, sloped it slightly to allow the
rain to run off, and provided the customer with flanges for an easy surface
mount installation. |

While 4" wall caps are standard for
dryers, 8" are almost standard for range exhausts, sometimes you just need
more air. A customer in New Jersey needed a large wall cap for the
fresh air intake of a boiler room. No problem! We fabricated
this in copper and sent it on in about a week. |
Wall caps are used to protect openings in the sides of homes
and buildings from the elements. Copper tends to be used on projects where
appearance matters, and the customer wants a material that will stand the test
of time and the elements. These openings are commonly used as dryer
exhausts, range hood exhausts, bathroom vent exhausts, fresh air intakes.....the
